Finances, Funding and Administration

IGTOA generates income from member dues and contributions. Tour companies set aside a portion of their profit to fund projects. Project funding is divided into two categories, Conservation and Professional Standards, reflecting the dual commitment of our mission.

Administrative expenses are kept to an absolute minimum. A great deal of the work, including bookkeeping, is done by Board Members, who volunteer their time.
